Can I change plan?
Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata adjustment. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
No card is needed to start — your trial is free for 30 days. At the end, choose to continue on your selected plan or pick a different one; we'll arrange payment with you then, by card or invoice. All your data and configuration is preserved.
Do I need IT involved to start a trial?
No. Trials use magic link authentication — sign up with your email, click the link, you're in. Configure your organisation's identity provider whenever you're ready.
Is there a contract?
Form, Focus, and Flex are available on monthly billing with no long-term commitment. Flow is annual. Annual billing with a 10% discount is available on all plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card or invoice, arranged when you convert at the end of your trial — never at signup.
